Scott Rush
Executive Director
Scott first came to Family Promise in 2017, as the Coordinator for Prince of Peace Church. He joined the Board of Trustees in 2019, where he helped revitalize the board and implement a multi-year strategic plan.
Scott assumed his current role as Executive Director in 2021 and has been busy implementing the board's strategy, growing our network of supporters, and expanding the services we offer to the community.
Scott is currently a Master of Divinity student at United Lutheran Seminary. He anticipates graduating in May 2023, when he will join the ranks of bivocational pastors serving both a congregation and FPBC.

Tina Berry
Case Manager
Tina Berry is a longtime Burlington County resident. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Thomas Edison State University and a Master's degree in Administration of Human Services from Wilmington University.
Tina has been a helping professional for about 9 years. She’s held various positions in the human services field including mental health, developmental and intellectually disabled population, and youth and family services. She previously worked as a Care Manager at Capitol County Children’s Collaborative providing support and locating resources for at risk youths and their families.
Tina is devoted to helping families achieve their goals so they can move forward to overcome obstacles in challenging situations. She believes that “Developing strong trusting relationships is the foundation of everything I do, both professionally and personally”.
Tina has a future goal of founding a nonprofit homeless prevention and rapid rehousing program to assist families that are experiencing housing insecure, housing hardships, at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness. She believes there is an imminent need for services in the Burlington County area for our families.

Hunter Hoilien
Social Media Marketing Specialist
Hunter Hoilien has been a New Jersey resident for his entire life. He earned the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout in 2016 and still regularly volunteers with the Boy Scouts and others. He graduated from the Rutgers School of Business, where he was a member of the Rutgers Leadership Institute, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
Hunter will be assuming the newly created role of Digital Marketing Specialist. The role highlights the importance of social media to promoting our organization and its mission as well as enhancing our ability to engage the community. In this role, Hunter will be tasked with increasing our social media presence. Social media enables us to communicate with a wide audience in a quick, cost-effective way and supports our online fundraising efforts.
