Barbara Carlson
Executive Director

Barbara Carlson is a retired school counselor. As a teacher, counselor and coach, she has worked with children of all ages and their families for 35+ years. Barbara holds masters degrees in counseling and theology. She is active in the Methodist Church, where she has been a lay speaker, a member of the caring team and a leader in the mission to end homelessness in Burlington County.
Barbara has been a volunteer with Family Promise since 2010 and became a Board Trustee in 2020. She is passionate about FPBC's mission and is excited to take on a new challenge within this organization.
Dupre McCalla
Assistant to the Director
Dupre McCalla holds a master's degree in rehabilitation counseling from Rutgers University. He worked for over 20 years with the state of NJ in various rolls in vocational training and resources development and management. He has a passion for helping others who are in need and a heart for helping those in particular who are homeless.
Dupre was volunteering with our partners at the Christian Caring Center when we first discovered him. He recently moved here from the New Brunswick, NJ area and we are so delighted to have him.
